An interview with Aurélien Héraud and Olivier Héraud, the directors of THE END (artificial fragments of humankind), interviewer Javier Garcia Puerto
"This year, the Rebels With a Cause category features the world premiere of a film based on an A.I (artificial intelligence) generated screenplay. The French comedy “The End (artificial fragments of humankind)” addresses postmodern life which has been completely devoured by technological innovation.
Aurélien Héraud and Olivier Héraud, known as the Héraud Brothers, are a french duo of film directors. They have been directing films together since 2010. The duo’s newest film follows the stories of three unlikely protagonists whose on-screen fates are mysteriously linked and the viewer is promised an ending which will surely challenge them.
""In terms of creative ideas, it makes Aronofsky look like he's in kindergarten."" - Javier Garcia Puerto
No doubt, this film is an endless source of creativity woven through with nonsensical humour and irreverent images.
